Terms of Service

Effective date: November 4, 2026

1. Using Pulse Accounts

Pulse Accounts provides Discord-based sign-in and one shared identity across every Pulse Systems product. You may use it only if you can comply with these terms, Discord's own Terms of Service, and any rules set by the individual product or Discord server you connect to.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your Discord account and anything done through a Pulse account signed in with it, including personal access tokens you create and sessions you leave signed in on shared devices. Do not share your session cookies or personal access tokens with anyone, and revoke them immediately if you suspect they've been exposed.

3. Discord server auto-join

By default, a real Discord sign-in also adds you to the official Pulse Systems Discord server. You can turn this off at any time from Preferences; see the Privacy Policy for exactly how it works. Once you're a member of that server, your conduct there is governed by that server's own rules and Discord's Terms of Service, not by this document.

4. Referrals

If you participate in the referral program, you agree not to create fake accounts, manipulate referral attribution, or otherwise abuse it to generate rewards you would not otherwise be entitled to. We may withhold or reverse rewards obtained through abuse and may suspend referral participation without suspending your underlying account.

5. Service rules

Do not attempt to bypass sign-in security, impersonate another account, abuse the API, scrape account data, or use Pulse Accounts to attack or compromise any connected product. We may suspend or ban an account, revoke sessions, or restrict access when needed to protect the service, connected products, or other users.

6. Availability and changes

Pulse Accounts is provided as-is and may change, pause, or stop at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted sign-in availability, and a Discord outage or API change may temporarily prevent signing in to any connected product.

7. Third parties

Sign-in depends on Discord, which is a separate service with its own terms. Pulse Accounts is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord. Each Pulse product you sign in to has its own terms governing your use of that product.

8. Free service and optional donations

PulseOne, PulseMDT and PulseConvert are available without payment. Paid plans, subscriptions and paywalled upgrades have been retired. Every account receives the same features, settings and history. We may apply the same reasonable security, storage and fair-use safeguards to everyone so shared services remain available.

You may optionally donate to help cover hosting and development. A donation is voluntary, is not a purchase, does not unlock features or priority, and does not change these terms.

If you previously subscribed, your Billing page keeps access to Stripe's portal and past receipts so you can cancel a legacy renewal and retain your records. Legacy payments do not affect product access. Contact [email protected] with billing questions or refund requests; rights under consumer protection law still apply.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Pulse Accounts and Pulse Systems are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, lost data, lost access, or outages in any connected product. These terms are a practical operating policy, not legal advice.

10. Contact

PulseSystems is run by an individual developer. For questions, billing, refunds, account requests, or responsible security reports, email [email protected]. Never include session cookies, personal access tokens, or another person's real personal data in a support request.
